Quick Overview
It's a stylish ring -------- and a heart rate and sleep tracker, and pedometer. The most impressive feature is that Oura provides recommendations for adopting a better sleep routine.
Started with a Kickstarter campaign in 2015, the intent was always to create a wellness computer, not a tech fad. With initial startup funding goal of $100,000 they surpassed it 6 times and ultimately raised $651,803.In 2016 they won the CES Innovation Award.
Oura tracks your sleep and resting behaviours. The ring collects an initial baseline and from there you can start making changes. As an example, after collecting data the ring might determine that you're not going to bed at an optimal time and recommend a personal sleep window that suits with your daily routine. Another example of modifying a daily routine if the app shows that deep sleep was in red, it may suggest you skip your workout and rest your body.

Price
Although this ring may be the ultimate tech tool, it does come with a heavy price tag starting at $299 and some models priced at $999. However, since the ring works to improve your overall health, offer a sleek design, combined with great unique technology, it may be worth the price.

My Review
"Good" sleep is absolutely key to health and wellness and OURA is one of the best tools on the market. The price is a little too much for me but I will keep you posted on any sales - starting with Black Friday.
