"I want to live until I'm 180!" Dave Asprey 2019

Dave is an entrepreneur and a famous biohacker influencer… His nickname is the "father of biohacking". Asprey created many products, and held many executive and director positions at tech companies. And according to Asprey himself, he said that he spent at least $1 million "hacking his own biology," Including having his own stem cells injected into him, taking 100 daily supplements, following a strict diet, bathing in infrared light, using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and wearing special lenses when flying .

Dave Asprey earned his B.S in computer information systems from California State and later earned an MBA from the reputable Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He worked in many tech companies before starting his own company in 2013. Bulletproof 360, Inc and Bulletproof Nutrition Inc. in 2014. Dave also is a New York Times best seller and has a YouTube subscriber count of over 170,000 people.

According to his website Dave lost 100 pounds without counting calories or excessive exercise, used techniques to upgrade his brain and lift his IQ by 20 points, and lowered his biological age while learning to sleep more efficiently in less time. Learning to do these seemingly impossible things transformed him into a better entrepreneur, a better husband, and a better father.

He is most famous for creating Bulletproof Coffee and the Bulletproof diet.

Asprey recommends eating foods high in fat, moderate in protein, and low in carbohydrates; the foundation is "Bulletproof Coffee", made with grass-fed unsalted butter and either coconut oil or medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) (Asprey sells both mixed MCT and pure caprylic acid MCT oils). Asprey has claimed that when used in combination with other "health hacks", the coffee helped to boost his IQ score by more than 20 points. His company claims that Bulletproof Coffee can aid cognition and trigger weight loss through ketosis. Asprey estimates that people have drunk more than 150 million cups of the stuff since he first posted the recipe online in 2009. He has become a lifestyle guru. Over the past decade, he’s published five books on subjects ranging from fertility to “how to kick more ass at life,” including Game Changers, which came out in December. His podcast, Bulletproof Radio, has been downloaded more than 75 million times. (Mens health)At first, Asprey followed the standard medical advice for losing weight—restrict calories, exercise—but even when he was working out for 90 minutes and eating 1,500 to 1,800 calories a day, he wasn’t dropping pounds. “I got healthier, I was probably stronger, I could max out every machine but two at the gym,”he said. “But I still weighed the same amount.”

David also has a "clinic" called Bulletproof Labs, what the company calls “the world’s first human upgrade center,” where you can test-drive the very biohacking technology Asprey has installed in his own home.

Can Dave live for another 140 years and continue to "upgrade" his body? His current bio hacks provides a healthy lifestyle. Dave is very optimistic and continues to develop new bio hacks, so who knows what the future holds for Dave Asprey.
